Fund Drive
Our spring and fall appeal to the neighbors we serve.
Twice a year, in the spring and the fall, we ask the community to help keep a rig on the road. Every gift goes toward the equipment, supplies, and training crews rely on. A brand new, fully equipped ALS ambulance alone costs about $300,000.

Oyster Fest, every spring
Oyster Fest
A Virginia Beach spring tradition.
All you can eat fresh Sewansecott oysters from Virginia's Eastern Shore, plus fried oysters and clam chowder, pork BBQ, local craft beer, and live music. There are silent and live auctions, artisan vendors, and rescue equipment to explore. The 50th Annual Oyster Fest was held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on March 1, 2026. The next date is announced as it is set.
Protection in Pink, every October
Protection in Pink
Breast cancer awareness, all month long.
Every October, our crews wear pink t-shirts on duty to support breast cancer research and awareness. You can wear one too. Our custom pink shirts are available for $15 each all month long.
